This page explains how users of the Timev Transport mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Timev Transport app account, please contact us by email:

support@timevtransport.com

What data will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymise personal data linked to your app account, including:

If you do not want to delete your full account, you can also request deletion of specific personal data linked to your account by contacting us at:

support@timevtransport.com

Please include the email address linked to your Timev Transport app account and explain which data you would like us to delete.

Data we may keep

Some information may be kept if required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or business record purposes. For example, completed transport job records may be retained where necessary for business and legal compliance.

How long deletion takes

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify your account.
