Timev Transport is operated by Timev M & S LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the Timev Transport mobile application.

• Address, if you add it to your profile
• Pickup and delivery locations entered in quote requests
• Job details, such as item descriptions, preferred date/time, service type and loading/unloading requirements
• App account information used for login and registration
• Request status information, such as New, Quoted, Booked, On Route, Delivered or Cancelled
• Device notification token used to send booking and request status notifications

If you choose to use the current location option, the app may access your device location to help fill in your pickup location. Location is only used when you request it and is not used for background tracking.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your customer account
• Process transport and delivery quote requests
• Contact you about your request or booking
• Provide request status updates
• Send app notifications about quote or booking updates
• Improve the reliability and operation of the app
• Manage customer support and communication

3. Firebase and third-party services

The app uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

These services help us securely manage login, store app data and send notifications. Google may process data according to its own privacy and security practices.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share information when necessary to operate the app, provide transport services, comply with legal obligations, or use trusted service providers such as Firebase/Google services.
